It's like an oatmeal cream pie or a stuffed oatmeal sandwich cookie and it's kind of a molasses oatmeal cookie filled with a cream cheese vanilla bean frosting and I think it's good." "I went about creating the menu, it wasn't a straightforward process, I just know what I really like and I've been in a lot of restaurants where we catered to other people's tastes and I was just like, let's just see if other people like what I like," she said. A conch house is a type of dwelling common throughout Florida and the Bahamas. Dating back to early settlements, these homes were traditionally built using a mortar composed of local materials, including conch shells. Today, conch-style homes are still to be found throughout the area, though are typically made from more modern building materials. This hotel’s internationally-inspired beachfront restaurant will have a three-course, prix-fixe menu priced at $65 per person for Mother’s Day. Meanwhile, Bodega will have a full buildout, faux restaurant located in The Fountains area.
